Condition of Items:
To be eligible for a return or exchange, all items must be unused, in their original packaging, with tags attached, and in resalable condition. Please ensure the items are returned in the same condition as received.
Time Frame:
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Proof of Purchase:
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for any returns and exchange. This helps us process your request quickly and accurately.
Product Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, you will receive a refund within 48 to 72 hours.

1. Eligibility for Refunds
• Items must be returned within 7 days from the received date.
• To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required for all refunds.
2. Return Process

• Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item.
3. Refund Method
• Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.
• Refund will be made after 5 -7 business days after we have received and inspected the returned item.
• Refund will be made directly to the same account payment was made.
• Kindly note that the Federal Government approved VAT rate would be charge on any refund.
4. Shipping Costs
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
• If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Upon request, we will arrange for a replacement or refund as the case may be.
6. Exchanges
• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at info@puffnpazz.com
